You do not need to submit a Claim Form to receive your New Agreement. However, if you wish to select a payment agreement term of less than 180 months, you must submit a Claim Form. Settlement Class Members who are Yellow Ribbon claimants are eligible to receive additional benefits by completing the Yellow Ribbon section of the Claim Form and providing a valid copy of the U.S. Department of Defense Form DD-214.
